Who are SPM?

• Surveyors Panel Management is a unique joint-venture company owned by two chartered surveying practices: DM Hall LLP and Graham & Sibbald.
• SPM, through its professionalism and first class service has now a varied client base which includes major lenders such as Lloyds TSB and Clydesdale Bank.
• Having successfully managed and distributed instructions to an extensive UK-wide surveying panel over the last 6 years, SPM is in an excellent position to allocate and oversee Home Report instructions and Single Surveys.
• SPM will ensure there is a minimum of 3 surveyors in each local area

OpenHouse offers an integrated solution to fulfil all the mandatory requirements to produce a Home Report when selling.
